Self Level Systems

TRFS CemBase is designed as a Self Levelling industrial grade floor topping for upgrading and renovating new and existing internal floors. TRFS CemBase is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder designed for application between 5 mm to 50 mm (in one application) to provide a finished sound floor.

TRFS CemTop is also a Self Levelling industrial grade floor topping for upgrading and renovating new and existing internal floors. It is also supplied as a pre-blended dry powder designed for application between 5mm to 15mm (in one application) to provide a finished industrial floor. 

TRFS CemTop is self-smoothing, dimensionally stable, and fast drying. It is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial environments such as warehouses, food processing plants etc. subjected to medium to heavy traffic. CemTop is suitable for application on to a wide range of subfloor types, including; sand and cement screeds, concrete, terazzo, granolithic, epoxy and polyurethane resins and waterproof membranes. 

TRFS Guard [Polyurethane] SL is a three-component polyurethane flow -applied flexible floor topping with a semi-gloss finish. 

Applications
 TRFS Guard [Polyurethane] SL is suitable for the protection of concrete floors subject to medium duty traffic (regular foot traffic, occasional fork lift truck traffic, occasional hard plastic- wheeled trolleys). TRFS Polyurethane SL can be applied to concrete, polymer modified sand/cement screeds, steel, timber and some asphaltic surfaces.
